A Degree in Finance offers a grounding in accounting, statistics, economics, and business law. The program is similar to a business administration degree, but the latter tends to focus more on interpersonal skills than a finance degree program. Students will learn about investments and the workings of financial institutions including how money can be transferred, how one form of money can be exchanged for another, how stocks are traded on Wall Street, how government and corporate bonds are managed, all coupled with the TRIO Advisory team, enabling students to navigate the proper career path.
